SMALL GROUP

Small group training involves working out in a group of 3 or more.
These sessions are trainer led and offer a dynamic and unique
workout designed to push you.

Small group training is ideal if you have multiple friends you want to train with or if you want to meet new friends through exercise. Small group training is less individualized and runs at a faster pace. This type of training is good for those with a history of exercise who want to add in some high intensity, structured movement into their week. Custom programs are not included but can be purchased separately.
