  • I have been working with Chris for just over 2 years. Hands down, he is the best. And I say this as someone who has worked out with a variety of trainers in multiple cities and countries over the past 2 decades. What makes Chris special is not just his incredible if anatomy and exercise physiology but the way he is able to use that knowledge and experience top carefully craft a highly individualized training program (something which too many trainers pay lip service). And I love how he is always able to find the right balance between challenging me while never putting me at risk for injury. When I started working out with Chris, I was still suffering the impacts from a very serious 8 year old injury that had put me in a wheelchair for several months. As a result, I had pronounced difference in muscular strength between the right and left sides of my body and was still having to deal with severe lower back and hip pain. I even looked and walked a little crooked. Today I am pain free and I move like a normal person again. My prior injury is no longer a barrier to enjoyment of life. And along the way, I have gained muscle mass, strength, and endurance while losing over 20 pounds of fat. I don’t think any of this could have been achieved without Chris (or my own hard work!). I can’t recommend Chris more highly.
