RECOVERY SESSION

Feeling aches or pains? A little too tight in a muscle
or a nagging pinch during movement? A recovery session
might be exactly what you need.

Our recovery sessions are highly personalized 30 min sessions. First you will be assessed to see what needs attention.

A typical session can include:

  • Joint mobilizations

  • Tractions

  • Myofascial work

  • Assisted stretching.

  • Low intensity mobility

  • Athletic flossing

  • etc.

Often aches and pains are a normal part of training, however sometimes these issues are more indicative of major imbalances. Some recovery sessions may include custom mobility and stability programs.
