Dual training is ideal for you and a partner to push each other.
Working out with a friend can provide powerful motivation and accountability.

Dual training involves custom workouts designed to make you laugh and sweat while you gain strength together. Our certified trainers will guide you through the work out, record your progress, and push you to become progressively stronger. Strength and mobility are staples of these sessions. Custom programs are also available for clients who want to complete sessions outside of resilience training.
