Jessica Grayson

Jessica has been a personal trainer for 2 years, starting her career at a local box gym. She attributes her background in the legal and law enforcement fields as a catalyst for her mental fortitude as an athlete. She is an Ironman. She has a couple marathons under her belt and is an avid Crossfit modification athlete, calisthenics athlete, and fitness enthusiast. 

She holds certifications as a personal trainer and nutritionist. Her coaching style mandates her clients to hold themselves accountable. Her focus is on HIIT style workout sessions alongside individually designed nutrition systems is what she believes is the path for her clients to reach their goals quickly. 

Her mission is to eliminate the guesswork in her client's nutrition and fitness journey, closing any gaps they may have, as well as utilizing sustainable, efficient, and proven exercises to increase mobility, strength, and confidence.
